1. Reservations are the preferred method for securing a spot in the cat lounge.  Please book one slot for each person in your party.  Walk-ins are accepted as space allows.
2. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times in the lounge.  For every 3 children there needs to be 1 supervising adult.
3. Shoes are not permitted in the lounge for sanitary reasons but socks are required.  We do have shoe covers available if you absolutely cannot be without shoes.
4. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your appointment to receive a refund.
5. There are lounge rules to keep our kitty sanctuary peaceful and calm; any guest who is not following lounge rules, including being disruptive, loud, unruly, running, chasing cats, etc may be removed from the lounge for the safety of the cats and other guests.  No refunds will be given in this situation.  We will warn once...
6. If you would like to arrange a group reservation or special event in the lounge outside of our normal business hours, please reach out to us at info@whiskersofohio.org.  
7. Please note that we do not do same day adoptions -- you must fill out an application through the rescue to move forward!

Payment of "tips" via checkout are considered donations to the cat lounge for the care and housing of the lounge cats.  We are a non-profit entity, run entirely by volunteers.
